Android Text extract from a picture (Samsung Android Device)

 How to copy text content from a picture on Android Phone (Samsung Android Phone)

 

  1. First, you go to your gallery

  2. Select a picture of your choice (i.e a picture that has text content you want to copy)


  3. Click on the vision(eye) icon at the top of the picture menu. (If there is no vision(eye) icon on your device, update your Bixby and Gallery Apps.


  4. The default is image search, you can change this to ‘text extract’ by selecting icon 'T' at the bottom of the picture menu as displayed in the clip below


  5. Then select, highlight and copy your selected picture's text content.
